A national assessment company came to us by referral from a satisfied client because they were unhappy with the poor quality and slow turnaround of their existing transcription service.  We were very pleased to integrate our system with their existing hardware and software.  We now complete all of their transcriptions on time with accuracy.  We always fulfill their requests for work that must be done on a RUSH basis.

A medical specialist called us on the Christmas holidays to say his transcriptionist was months behind in transcribing his daily consult notes.  We were able to eliminate his backlog within a week and now do his daily notes overnight so that he receives them the next day and sends them to the referring doctors speedily.
