As well as providing our convenient toll-free phone-in service, we can transcribe your digital files, cassette recordings, CDs or any other format.  Our secure toll-free phone-in system is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year and can be used with any type of phone.  We provide you with a unique ID and password.  Dictations are encrypted and our system cannot lose your dictation.  We can return transcripts by e-mail or they can be retrieved from our secure server.

We use the state-of-the-art Audioworxs Audio Management System from Dataworxs that meets HIPAA and PIPEDA requirements for secure and confidential access to information using role-based access control, user-based access control, contingency plans, entity authentication, data authentication, encryption, audio trail, event reporting, electronic signature and administrative procedures to guard data integrity, confidentiality and availability.
